VEX Robotics Competition,2024-2025 Season “High Stakes” 15-inch Robot, Designed and Built by Hao Yudong from Chongqing Univeity & Team robot is the last one I independently designed during the High Stakes season. Before the World Champiohip, I spent nearly two months working day and night, starting from scratch to explore a function that no team had yet implemented. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, this robot was not fully debugged before the competition. Throughout doze of tests, the robot succeeded a few times, which at least proved the feasibility of the structure. However, time was running out, and I couldn’t perfect anything other than the climbing function. In the end, I had to accept this hah reality.I am sharing the blueprints for this robot with everyone. While it may not have much practical value, this machine represents the most effort I’ve ever put into a project, and it’s been an invaluable learning experience for me. I hope these desig can help you, whether technically or emotionally. I truly believe that there are many competito out there, just like me, who invest everything into exploring possibilities that seem unlikely. Even if there’s only a one-in-a-thousand chance, we give it 100% of our effort. Regret will always be part of our lives, but all we can do is keep looking forward.
