E3D V6 安裝 + 雙 40x40 風(fēng)扇 ALFAWISE U20

Hi everyone! This is based on the design of 3DMAKERES but it was re-designed from scratch... I wanted something more "sturdy" to try to minimize all vibratio that could lead to ghosting. Fixation between printer / fa and nozzle using M3 screws. Also ierted M3 nuts on all possible fixatio so I can have a better fix. Airflow on the fang was also improved with smoother surfaces. This fits perfect on my U20 X-carriage... Check before you print as your carriage may have different fixing holes! Did not test it with a real E3D V6 as it still on the way from EBAY, but it fits great with a printed E3D model. The printed parts on the photos were fast printed with 0.2 laye and 10% infill just for test fitting. Final parts should be printed with thinner laye and a greater infill. PLA used.
